I work with adults (18+) and couples and specialize in the area of trauma and PTSD. I also treat individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, LGBT-related concerns, sexuality or sexual orientation issues, family issues, and stress management issues. I often draw from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and integrate this approach with EMDR. I teach approaches to mindfulness and can help clients identify blocks to achieving their goals. With gentle curiosity, I support clients in developing insights about their lives, their relationships, their problems, and their goals.
