My ideal clients are those who are interested and open to exploring themselves! I see adolescents and adults. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger management, men’s issues and more. Some clients have an idea of what they want to work on and others may be unsure of the why they are feeling a certain way. There are times when gaining a little insight makes all the difference. There are times when deeper work can be helpful in seeking resolution to struggles. The decision to come to therapy is a large one; but when people make the choice to get some help, they are usually ready to make some positive changes!
