Just reach out to me - I look forward to getting to know you and working together toward your goals. I am a licensed psychologist, teaching and practicing psychotherapy since 2007. I believe that each of us is striving to become healthier, happier, and more able to live fully, and that our life challenges (or “symptoms”) are expressions of this motivation toward growth. Thus, my therapy is strength-based and individualized to you. I have experience and success helping people work through personal and relationship concerns, informed by training in evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, and Interpersonal Process. Additionally, I have special training in mindfulness and meditation and my therapeutic work draws upon the latest research in this area.
