Life can be many things and most descriptors would be inappropriate to type out here, but above all it can be really damn hard. Some of us have gone through experiences that we didn't ask for, but some how we've managed this far. If this is you and you're considering it's time to seek some help in this struggle we all call life, you're not alone. You're not weak. Starting this journey of therapy isn't an easy thing to do, and I think that makes you brave. Wanting to step into a better life for yourself takes courage.
