Hi there, I'm David! I have over eight years of experience working in a number of mental health settings from emergency rooms to inpatient acute hospitals to outpatient clinics. I generally work with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral issues, codependency, and life transitions. I typically practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, and individualize my approach based on clients' needs. In my experience helping others, I have come to believe that therapy can truly be a transformative experience for those who want to make a change in their lives.
