My approach to therapy is one of empowerment and self-discovery. I emphasize working with individual, couples and families in a collaborative environment to help them realize their inner strength and resiliency. With the use of self-exploration and mindfulness techniques clients discover how to overcome and work through the issues or areas of need that are currently affecting them. I place equal emphasis on the individual, as well as the systems in our lives and how the two of them combine to shape the person we are today.
