Utilizing the various tools and skills (mindfulness, somatic-based interventions, trauma-informed approaches, EMDR, etc.) that I have acquired through training and work experience; I tailor my support and approach to individual strengths and needs. I believe the healing process is unique to each individual and having a safe person and space to learn and grow is important.
