Since 2000, I have been working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. More recently, I have helping people manage traumas. Do you feel like you would like to do more with your life? Are you held back by overwhelming thoughts, and large emotions (or no emotions at all)? If so, I believe I can be helpful. I have experience helping people increase their hope, and belief in themselves. I enjoy working with couples also, and helping them feel heard, understood and appreciated.
