I am Tricare certified, accepting new military clients. I am also accepting other new clients and take many insurance plans. I am both an LMFT and LMHC and a Qualified Supervisor. I offer a safe space for us to work together to find your path to wellness. I use mindfulness and mind/body connection to provide meaningful and useful skills to cope with challenging life events, learn to manage your emotions, and develop new habits. I have extensive experience in Complex Clinical Trauma, PTSD, Grief/Loss, Depression, and Anxiety. I am a client-centered therapist, using Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, in a safe, compassionate space.
