I embrace an eclectic use of modalities, such as person centered, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, acceptance commitment, narrative & family systems, with a trauma informed/recovery model approach. I embrace an attachment & systems perspective to assist in developing a deeper understanding of ourselves & our environment. We are all experts of our own lives. Promoting self-determination is the truest way to enhance one's ability to positively change. With an unconditional, non-judgmental & trusting alliance we can positively change our lives by self-discovery, developing insight, self-compassion & strengthen our resilient capacity to face any of life’s challenges.
