As a psychotherapist, it’s a privilege to serve my community by walking alongside individuals as they work to overcome challenges, reach their goals, and live more fulfilling lives. Many of the people I work with struggle with substance misuse, DUI-related issues, anxiety, or low self-esteem. Others come to me feeling disconnected from themselves and the people around them, unsure of how to move forward, or held captive by their past. I’ve learned that we all carry the inner tools needed for change. In our work together, we uncover those tools and use them to build greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.
