Since 1996 I have had the opportunity to work with individuals and couples who have struggled with a wide variety of emotional issues. I have found that lasting change comes from discovering the underlying causes of problems, and working together to resolve and reduce your symptoms, while helping you grow towards becoming your most authentic self.
