I am an energetic therapist who can help you address aspects of your life that you may think are unchangeable or too shameful to even discuss. I take a directive approach that helps you learn how to not allow your fears and anxiety to stop you from living the life you want. l get to the problem quickly and efficiently, and assign homework between sessions to facilitate progress. I work with individuals to live more meaningful lives by helping them approach, rather than avoid, those aspects of their lives and relationships that are most important to them.
