The effectiveness of psychotherapy depends on the ability of the client and the therapist to establish a therapeutic connection. More to the point, good therapy is dependent upon good communication which requires the therapist to be open and responsive to your worries and concerns as well as to hear you even when your own awareness may be muffled by pain, anger, anxiety and disappointment. My job is to find the hope your bring to treatment and to assist you to find creative ways to approach your life's challenges with a renewed and joyful sense of resolve.
