I believe that every person, regardless of what psychological issues they are dealing with, has the potential and ability to work through their struggles, when given the tools to do so. I utilize the recovery model approach that supports a hopeful and non-judgement understanding of an individual’s challenges. I believe that a person should never feel defined by their mental health issues, and that change is ALWAYS possible. I help people find solutions by using appropriate therapeutic tools, and by building on individual strengths.
