I love helping adults or teens of any age who don't feel good and wants that to change. They may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or emotional pain they can’t fully explain. Sometimes they know what hurts; other times they only know something isn’t right. They feel stuck, lost, or worn down and want relief, clarity, and a way forward. They want to feel better—not just function better—and reconnect with themselves. If you’re hurting and want the pain to ease, or feel lost and want help finding yourself, I want to walk alongside you. Especially if you've been through trauma, I know what that is like and how to help.
