Life often presents us with tests, challenges, and moments of uncertainty. Choosing to take action and seek change can feel difficult, yet it can also mark the beginning of a more fulfilling and meaningful journey. In our work together, my goal is to create a positive, authentic, and collaborative experience that fosters transformation, personal growth, and a deeper sense of self. I draw from a variety of evidence-based interventions in effort to help my clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build stronger connections with themselves and others.
