I take a down-to-earth approach to help you gain deeper insight into your experiences, understand your personal dynamics, and create lasting change. As a Mount Sinai doctor, I am in-network with UMR for Sinai employees. If you're out-of-network, my office will guide you through your benefits before starting sessions and handle all insurance questions and forms, including out-of-network reimbursements, which often cover 70–80% of costs. I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs, drawing on evidence-based mindfulness and psychodynamic techniques. Together, we’ll work to overcome barriers, develop effective coping skills, uncover the root of longstanding challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
