With over 10 years of experience in social work, I partner with clients to build tools to better manage the stress and anxiety that comes with everyday life. This includes support in managing mental health symptoms, processing grief and trauma, racial and societal injustices, substance abuse, self-esteem, changes in life, and relationship concerns. My space welcomes all identities and walks of life including Black, Indigenous, other people of color, LGBTQIA+, etc.
