Hi, I’m David Whitsett. I work with children, teens, and young adults who feel stuck in worry, sadness, or constant self-criticism. Many of the families I meet are navigating challenges like anxiety, ADHD, depression, or OCD—and often just want life to feel calmer and more manageable. The young people I work with describe me as approachable, encouraging, and real. I use warmth, compassion, and a good dose of humor to make therapy a space where kids and teens don’t feel judged, but supported. Our work together focuses on small steps that build confidence, help them face fears, and remind them of their strengths.
