I am passionate about helping adults as they build healthy, successful lives and working with older teens as they make their way into the world . I partners with clients who are motivated to help themselves as they struggle with unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD Attachment issues & other crisis. My goals is to help them process their past, gain coping skills, and find a new perspective on the way to healing and inner peace. I am Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CCATP); he is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Attachment/Trauma Focused Therapy (ATFT),I provide a lot is a lot of psychoeducation and vocabulary as I have found that sometimes clients just don’t have the words to describe what is causing the distress.
