Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal, as a clinician, is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing and exploring what’s on your mind. Together, we’ll work on building resilience, finding balance, and navigating challenges in a way that feels right for you. I primarily work with teens, adults, and older adults, often supporting clients who are navigating challenges like depression, complex trauma, self-esteem struggles, anxiety, and life transitions.
