Welcome! My name is Davis Lo, and I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Life happens and sometimes it can be overwhelming to manage everything on your own. Sometimes one feels alone. However, it doesn't have to be that way! There is no shame in needing help from time to time. My approach to therapy is working with you to manifest your strengths and utilize them to overcome the challenges you have. I utilized a mixture of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
