My job is to help you find simpler ways to cope with problems and to lead a more satisfying life. Typically, I work with clients who may have issues with addiction, family member's with addiction, or issues with anxiety/depression. My training and experience include considerable work with clients who struggle with fears related to possible addiction, or a loved one's addiction. You may not be ready for treatment or feel comfortable with group environments; instead we can explore your concerns in safety and privacy.
