Teens often struggle with doubt, anxiety, difficulty connecting with others, anger issues, or more. Teens feel as though they are not respected by adults in their life. Davis-Smith Mental Health helps teens to feel more confident and gain more perspective. Teens rarely understand how adults feel in their life. We want teens to continue to grow and feel that their voice matters and that they truly have so much to offer the world. Counseling teens is more about listening, having a sense of humor, and knowing when to push back. This isn't always an easy process to navigate, but I truly love it. We love getting to know each teen personally and hearing their concerns and worries. We can help your teen by being genuine, adding creativity, and some CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy).
