I believe in a holistic, solution-focused, behavioral, systemic approach to therapy that addresses mind, body and soul to achieve clear goals in therapy. I will allow you to process in an environment that promotes safety. Should you chose to work with me we will collaborate to address areas of your life that keep you stuck and get you to a place of self-esteem and acceptance. My specialties include but are not limited to: Depression, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, childhood/adult trauma, sex abuse, relationship problems, low self-esteem, addiction issues and any other concerns keeping you from living life to your full potential. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience treating individuals, couples, families and groups. I also have extensive experience in treating dually-diagnosed clients including those with addiction and severe mental illness, medical and behavioral health issues, trauma and sex abuse.
