I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of dedicated experience in mental health counseling. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, from community mental health organizations and residential treatment facilities to domestic violence agencies. Each experience has enriched my perspective and deepened my understanding of the complexities of human resilience.
