As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have 18 years experience working in a medical setting providing therapeutic support and resources to patients and families receiving hospital, home healthcare, and hospice services. When my own health issues created the need for me to step away from my professional role, I became more devoted to caring for my inner self. Through my own journey, I have become more holistically minded and embrace a mind-body-spirit approach in everything life brings to me.
