As a mental health therapist with over 20 years of experience, I approach therapy with a deep respect for the unique journey of every individual. My work is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, grounded in the belief that healing & growth emerge most effectively within a relationship built on authenticity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I understand that life is complex and often layered with conflicting emotions, evolving roles, unexpected transitions, and deeply rooted past experiences. Each client brings a unique set of challenges, and it is within these complexities that I find the richness of therapeutic work.
