I work with adult clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma, often related to relationships and life transitions. I enjoy helping people understand the underlying reasons for what they are feeling and experiencing. Relationships are an important dynamic to examine as we journey to understand the sources of distress. Past experiences can shape a person’s view of self and others, sometimes interfering with well-being. Present-day dynamics are also explored to understand how you're feeling in your everyday life, whether at work, socially, or at home, and to gauge your level of comfort and connection.
