I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for empathetic communication. I encourage respectful, but compassionate boundaries to build trust, while also being comforted with therapeutic listening skills and the confidence to best support my clients. I have experience with assessment and utilize evidence-based treatment practices and person-centered approach to care. I assist individuals with relationship issues, anxiety, grief, crisis intervention including suicide prevention, disaster and trauma counseling, and I strive to facilitate the maximum use of treatment to allow the highest level of independence possible.
