I have over 10 years experience working with high risk adults and children from marginalized communities including (but not limited to) BIPOC and LGBTQ+. My focus areas are individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and other diagnoses that may cause them to feel stuck overcoming and managing certain areas in their life. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, solution focused, and strength-based. My goal is to empower clients to utilize tools to help navigate the world and their current struggles.
