The first two sessions that I meet with clients is all about determing if this is the right match for you in addition to discovering both your strengths as well as your struggles. I am dedicated to helping you find the best therapeutic relationship and approach that works for you. If I am not the right therapist for you, I will assist you in finding that person. It is most important that you feel comfortable with me as your therapist. While I work with many different young adult and adult clients, I have a special focus in first responder populations.
