My ideal client values honest, thoughtful conversations and seeks creative, tailored solutions. For clients ages 17 and under, my ideal client is a caring parent or guardian who wants the best for the child and is ready to work with me to build a home/school support system that is safe, structured, and addresses the child's unique needs. Clients would be between the ages of 5 years to adult. View 5 Photos I use psychoeducation to empower clients to develop healthy coping mechanisms outside of therapy. This ultimately leads to greater resilience, deeper self-awareness, and stronger life skills. The best way to work on those skills? Practice. I specialize in working with adults and children with anxiety/depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, ASD, and trauma.
