I have over 10 years working with active duty military. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of relationships, life transitions, and feelings of being stuck. With a focus on trauma, depression and anxiety, I provide a safe space for exploration and healing. I also have experience working with ADHD and neurodivergent individuals. I have professional experience with childhood abuse, and suicide that has afforded me the ability to empathize and know first hand some of the hardships associated with these circumstances. In addition, my professional experience has allowed me to learn some very effective options in helping others.
