I am a genuine therapist who brings a caring, straightforward, and supportive approach to counseling. With over 14 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adults, adolescents, and couples from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ+ community and individuals healing from religious trauma. I help with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I am also a certified Brainspotting practitioner.
