Do you want to live a fuller, happier, more successful life? In my 25+ year career I've worked with a variety of clients including children ages 3-12, adolescents, and adults. I can address any mental health issue that may arise, help with coping skills, depression, anxiety, bipolar d/o, ADHD, and relational issues, to name a few. A number of modalities utilized are:.cognitive-behavior, behavior modification, play therapy and a systems approach. In conjunction with the client, a treatment plan and goals are developed, strengths are built on and "new tools are added to their toolbelts".
