I have been providing therapy for 17 years to people with a wide variety of challenges and goals. Over the years, clients have come to me to help them learn skills to manage symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to name a few. Other clients simply need a safe place to process their thoughts and feelings about a situation they are experiencing, and have found it helpful to gain another perspective about their situation.
