Awareness that change is needed can come as a slow wake-up call or strike in an instant. Deep down, we may sense that we’re not who or where we want to be—yet feel uncertain about how to move forward. In these moments, it can be incredibly helpful to have a guide and partner on the journey—someone to help navigate the path with care and insight.
