I’m a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) committed to creating a safe, supportive space for individuals—and especially those on the front lines—who are seeking relief from distress and a path toward greater emotional well-being. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a professional background in the medical field, including Emergency Medical Services (EMS), I understand the unique pressures and challenges faced by first responders and healthcare professionals. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is integrative, utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
