Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy works best when it feels real, safe, and even a little lighthearted at times. Im quirky, real, and won't sugar coat the hard stuff. My space is inclusive and affirming for the LGBTQIA+ community and its ok to talk about politics and current events because the world is scary right now. I want to work with you if you ever felt misheard from a therapist, had a negative experience with one, or have been hesitant to try therapy. Please just give me an hour to change your mind. I promise Paisley (my dog) and I will help you see things differently! I specialize in working through trauma using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gentle and effective approach that helps people move past painful memories. I also lean on person-centered and solution-focused approaches, guided by my three H’s: Humor, History, and Honesty. We’ll explore your story, find what works for you.
