I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, improve the quality of their relationships, and move out of unhealthy or unsatisfying patterns. Many of the clients I work with appear settled and well-supported on the outside, yet privately feel overwhelmed, emotionally strained, or caught in dynamics that no longer make sense. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore all areas of your life, even the parts that are hard to talk about. I value building an honest, authentic relationship with my clients. My goal is for you to feel heard, seen, and understood while we work together to make meaningful connections between past and present experiences, emotions, and behaviors. I support clients through rupture, decision-making, and periods of redefinition with clarity and care.
