I have experience working in hospital, school and group practice settings. I have worked with clients of all ages to address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma. However, my primary focus lies in working with clients who struggle with ADHD and anxiety, whether they are children, adolescents or adults. Working with parents who struggle to support their children with these challenges is also a focus. Providing my clients with the knowledge and tools to learn and grow is top priority. My expertise particularly shines in the treatment of ADHD and anxiety across all age groups. I believe in integrating evidence-based therapy modalities into my practice to ensure the best outcomes for my clients. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy, among others.
