Welcome to my practice. I have been helping people of all ages who are struggling with a variety of life's challenges ranging from general stress, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, to the aftermath of severe traumas. I understand that often times the decision to enter therapy and to share the experience of pain and stress can be extraordinarily challenging.
