Hello, I am a multi-cultural licensed mental health counselor as well as a certified trauma specialist (CTS) since 2013. In my 20 years of experience, I have worked in a variety of agency settings, including; outpatient, inpatient, schools, in home family therapy, adventure therapy, substance use treatment in IOP, adult community based treatment and dementia facilities. Life is ever changing, and at times we need non -judgmental guidance. With the right support system and a focus on your strengths, anything is possible. I'll help you get there, In my free time, I can be found camping, singing, dancing and enjoying arts and crafts.​
