I specialize in treating teenagers, young adults, and adults. These transition periods can be difficult and often times misunderstood. The associated changes with any transition bring instability as the person passes through important periods of development. During this period, the person is typically required to make adjustments; however these adjustments are sometimes affected with negative and irrational thoughts. I believe that my specialized training and years of experience make me highly qualified to help with conflict that may come with this transition as they may indirectly affect school, career choice, and relationship.
