It is during these times, the times when you just feel "stuck," that gaining an understanding of the issue(s) at hand while enhancing life skills can increase your resilience. As a therapist, I work to empower my clients and facilitate conversations that help them gain a deeper understanding of their past, present or future concerns while exploring effective ways to foster lasting growth, healing and wellness.
