Dayla Patterson, LMFT. I work with a diverse population of people. My specific area of focus is adults. I assist in helping clients find their own solutions. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused, and/or Solution-Focused Therapy. I am most comfortable working with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and medical trauma.
