I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in Decatur, Georgia. I work with individuals, couples and families. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. EFT enables couples to heal painful cycles of hurt and distress and to regain feelings of closeness, safety and connection to one another. Working individually, I utilize the integration of attachment theory, humanistic psychology and mindfulness to help clients heal and transcend difficult feelings, relationships and painful experiences. The essence of my work is to embrace and value the uniqueness of each person as they enter a process of self-discovery and healing.
