Hi, I’m Day, a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who understands that life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s okay to need extra support. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, helping them find clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of self. In our work together, we’ll create a space that feels safe and supportive, where your story can be heard without judgment. Drawing from my training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I use approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and creative arts to gently guide you toward growth, healing, and greater self-understanding.
